The pricing page now shows the xAI 'X Subscription' tiers: Free $0, Plus $8, Premium $30, Super $100 and Ultra $200 per month. A third-party report says yearly is $80, $300, $1,000 and $2,000. Third-party models such as Claude and GPT need Premium or higher. Existing legacy plans can stay as they are.
