Get a one-page plan for your day in your inbox every morning

Each morning an agent reads your calendar, overdue tasks and flagged email, then sends a short plan: top three outcomes, a time-blocked schedule and decisions you need to make.

How to do it

  1. Schedule a scenario in Make for 6:30 each morning in your time zone.
  2. Pull today's calendar events, tasks due or overdue, and starred email subject lines.
  3. Optional: add yesterday's numbers from analytics or your payment tool.
  4. Send everything to the agent with the brief prompt.
  5. Email the result to yourself.
  6. At 6 pm, send a short wrap-up prompt that carries unfinished tasks to tomorrow.

The prompt

You are my chief of staff. Build today's brief from the data below.

CALENDAR: {{events}}
TASKS: {{tasks}}
EMAILS NEEDING ATTENTION: {{emails}}
YESTERDAY'S NUMBERS: {{metrics}}

Format:
1. TOP 3 OUTCOMES for today, specific and finishable
2. TIME-BLOCKED PLAN that fits around my meetings, with buffers
3. DECISIONS NEEDED (max 3, each with your recommendation)
4. WATCH LIST: conflicts or deadlines in the next 3 days
5. NUMBERS: one line on what changed

Under 250 words. If tasks do not fit, say which to move and why. If data is missing, write "No data" instead of guessing.

Blaze School prompt pack
